This is my first experience to teach kids, teenagers and elderly. I learnt to be more patient in lesson and guided the teenager to help kids and elderly to achieve the whole process.

Art with Coffee Course -Tai Po Baptist Church -In 2019

After I started to teach this class, I discovered that many of my students are retired. Though their age is elder than me, they are full of knowledge, energetic, humble and curious person. It’s my lucky that I can learn a lot from them and able to share my experience to them. We are not only share art , food and drink, but also life experience.

Coffee Art & Lifestyle Course -In Secondary School -In 2017

It was a great chance to teach students about specialty coffee. In the class, they not only knew more knowledge about specialty coffee, but also knew how to do a hand-drip coffee. At the same time, I taught them doing the art and craft using coffee grounds and liquid in order to develop their creativity. They had a lot of fun in the lessons. Eventually, they created some products and brewed coffee to raise money for a charity event in their school which I am very proud of.
