Make a difference @Nutmad Cafe in 2018
Before entering into the cafe, the mural art shows you the main idea from the chief.
Nutmad is located at industrial building in Hong Kong. The chief is good at doing food pairing with coffee in western style. He spends a lot of effort and does many rounds of experiment to make every dish. Coffee is always one of the elements in it. Furthermore, he believes sharing with customer is important. Therefore, many customers enjoy sitting at the bar table towards the open kitchen and talk to him. Now I am one of his fans and enjoy watching the food making at the bar table too.
